An Accidental Blog posted the first paragraph of The Church of Tango and asked readers to comment if they would continue reading or not. So far all the comments have been positive. This is an idea of Bibliophile by the Sea who has a First Chapter First Paragraph Tuesday every week. It's an interesting concept both for readers and writers, because if the first paragraph of a book doesn't ensnare and intrigue, the rest probably won't be read.
